1. Membership and Monthly Benefits
1.1 Monthly Benefits: As this is a monthly service, the services and discounts we offer provide monthly benefits to our members. This means you can redeem your discount codes for events on all four weekends of the month. If you are a regular attendee of these parties, this service is perfect for you as you will receive discounts, gifts, and the chance to win amazing prizes.
1.2 Event Access: Membership grants you access to events organised by our collaborators. Each event may have different methods, schedules, and conditions for entry. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to these conditions to ensure successful entry.
1.3 Accurate Information: To ensure your successful entry to events, it is crucial that you provide accurate information when subscribing. Your name and other details must match those on the guest lists provided to our event collaborators.
1.4 WELOVE events: Some collaborators, such as WELOVE, have created exclusive guest lists for our club members. Members on these lists will have full access to regular bi-weekly events throughout the night.
For special WELOVE events, full access lists with free entry are available only until 11:00 PM. After this time, members can access the event with the discount code sent to their email.
1.5 NEXUS Events: Entry to the weekly NEXUS parties at TEMPO will be free for our members only until 11:30 PM. After this time, members will receive a 20% discount on door tickets (entry before 3:00 AM) and a 25% discount on online tickets, applicable to both Beginner and Expert subscriptions. EXPERT subscribers can claim their tasty and strong gift by showing their EXPERT membership to the event staff.
For special NEXUS events, Expert members will receive a 25% discount on online tickets.
1.6 ANUBIS Events: Expert members will receive a 25% discount on online tickets for ANUBIS events.
2. Subscription and Fees
2.1 Subscription Benefits: By subscribing to Dimension House, you will receive monthly discounts on event tickets and full access to events organised by our collaborators in nightclubs and private properties in Gold Coast and Brisbane, Queensland.
2.2 Subscription Fees: Membership fees are charged monthly. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee, which will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.
2.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the payment website. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Important Event Entry Information
3.1 Timely Purchase: To avoid any delays or conflicts with event organisers, it is recommended to purchase your membership at least 72 hours before an event you plan to attend. This allows us to process your information correctly and ensure you are added to the guest lists.
3.2 Confirmation Email: After purchasing your membership, you will receive an email within the following hours confirming your inclusion on the guest list and providing your discount codes for each party and event for purchase on their respective ticketing platforms.
4. Prize Draws
4.1 Expert Membership Prize Draws: By purchasing an Expert membership, you will be entered into a draw to win spectacular prizes. The draws will be held on the specified date for each prize using the chosen draw method. The draws will be completely transparent and live on our Instagram page @dimensionhouse.
4.2 Winner Notification: The winner will receive a call and an email with the news.
4.3 Launch Prize Draw: The first launch draw will be for an all-in-one professional DJ table, the XDJ-RX2, which is a used item but in excellent condition and always protected against damage. It functions perfectly and is a luxury item for anyone aspiring to be a DJ, whether learning or practicing to improve.
5. Changes to Events and Terms
5.1 Event Changes: Dimension House and its collaborators reserve the right to change event details, including date, time, and location. We will notify members of any significant changes via email or our website.
5.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Event Cancellation: Dimension House is not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by collaborators. In case of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members and provide alternatives or refunds as appropriate.
6.2 Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimension House is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at events.
